At SA Cricket Shop, we take pride in the quality of our products and aim to ensure customer satisfaction. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures regarding returns and refunds in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa.


1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or faulty

  • The incorrect item was delivered

  • The item is unworn, unused, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact

All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at sacricketnationwide@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Clear photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, return shipping costs will be covered by SA Cricket Shop

  • If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect sizing, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer


5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider


6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for sizing or style, subject to stock availability. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.


7. Defective Items

If an item is found to be defective within 6 months of purchase, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the Consumer Protection Act.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe, please contact us at sacricketnationwide@gmail.com and we will assist you promptly.


9. Policy Updates

SA Cricket Shop reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on this page.
